Would you like to increase the success rate in your life?  Would you like to feel more present every day? Health experts have varying advice for a successful outcome.  But what if the advice were to come from NBA Hall of Famer - Kobe Bryant (R.I.P)?  Would you be inclined to listen and consider advice from him more or less?

Phil Jackson's greatest gift to the Laker Basket Ball team might just have been the train the team to be more present.  Each of us could benefit from practicing mindfulness.  On top of mindfulness, meditation and winding down early before bed will increase your strength and energy levels throughout the day.
