Racial inequity has been occurring for decades, if not centuries.  Why does this inequity persist?  This line of questioning can be extended further to gender inequity too.  But for now, I would like to highlight a video that shows a major inequity in the real estate market.  Below is a video from CNN showing blatant discrimination of a black couple requesting an appraisal of their renovated home for refinancing purposes:

This is just crazy.  When is this going to stop?

Why would anyone rally against vaccinations for the COVID-19 virus?  Going against scientific data is becoming a popular movement.  Especially, among Republicans.  Frustrations are centered around mask mandates and limitations placed on people (and businesses) over the last year and a half.  Is that a valid reason to go against scientific evidence and advocate against vaccinations?  

Pastor Mark Lamb seems to think that is a good pathway to pursue.  Of course, Paster Mark Lamb could not be interviewed for this blog post.  The reason is that Past Mark Lamb passed away from complications due to COVID-19.  Yes, you read correctly.  The hypocrisy is highlighted in the short segment from CNN below:

As a Democrat, I am happy to have a conversation with anybody.  Anybody regardless of political association.  A new poll highlighted on MSNBC Morning Joe shows that my fellow Democrats do not feel the same:

Republican Men Want Control Of Their Bodies, While Woman Don't Get Any Control Over Their Bodies?

Politicians are notorious for stretching the truth to either far ends of the spectrum.  We are living in a unique time at the present moment.  We are confronted with a pandemic caused by a COVID-19 virus spreading around the world.  At the same time, we are confronted by a conservative majority on the United States Supreme Court.  Now, we are seeing the hypocrisy which is blatant.

Recently, the Supreme Court has ruled that women do not have control over their bodies.  Abortion bans are cropping up across America.  If the court decides to rule in favor of such bans, then women will lose control over their bodies completely.  Below are two videos that discuss the problem at hand:

All of this while Republican men, in particular, are up in arms that the government is forcing them to get vaccinated against their liking.  Think about this moment in time, where two issues stand against one another:

Men do not want to lose control over their bodies -- have to get vaccinated.

Women do not want to lose control over their bodies -- lose the right to choose.

We are living in a conundrum of hypocrisy.

Finally, if the Republican Party is against funding a 'socialized state', then why are they inadvertently creating one.  Creating one by supporting what one Justice used as a support to ban abortion.  Which is, according to her, the freedom to drop an infant child -- surrender the baby -- to give it up for adoption. 

How does that help the foster system?  Which is funded by the government?

If there is one person who has knowledge of the spread of COVID-19 across the world, that person is Dr. Francis Collins of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  He is the director of the NIH.  Which is composed of institutes across the world.  Research conducted in the United States is funded by the majority by the NIH -- which is funded by Congress.  Our tax dollars fund the research funds distributed by the NIH.

In an interview by MSNBC Morning Joe - Joe Scarborough, Director Dr. Francis Collins gives us an update on the spread of COVID-19 throughout the world.  Which includes new variants:

Get Vaccinated - Get the booster.  Stay safe.
