What is the value of a home? An 'appraisal' is done by a certified person who understands the valuation process to get that value. That process might be somewhat controversial to some, but ultimately, the values land in a reasonable range (deals). The story is entirely different if the question's worth belongs to former President Trump.
The former President Trump is on trial in New York along with his two sons. Charges stem from years of over-valuation (highly inflated) property values. Late last month, Judge Engoron ordered that all Trump assets operating under a New York State business license be effectively canceled. It is not allowed to be used in the state of New York. This is terrible news. More on that in a later post.
Ultimately, the Trumps are being legally disassembled for bank fraud that has persisted for years. Former President Trump has claimed ignorance at certain times when deposed by lawyers on valuations. Although, the prosecution has shown that nothing would be issued with the eyes of 'DJT' (Donald J. Trump). This is explained in the video below by MeidasTouch:
What baffles me is how many people in the city of New York knew of former President Trump's fraudulent practices and remained silent throughout his 2016 bid for the White House Office?
